- Customs Seizures: We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, denied entry, or seized by your local customs authorities. We will not offer refunds or reshipments for products confiscated due to local import restrictions.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While we take great care in packaging our products securely, we cannot control what happens once the package is handed over to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If your tracking indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
