1. General Return Policy

At streamlabpeptides.com, the quality and purity of our research materials are our highest priority. Due to the sensitive nature of peptides and research chemicals, we operate under a strict return policy to ensure product integrity.

We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets our strict eligibility criteria. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns (IMPORTANT)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be strictly unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tamper-evident seals completely intact.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used.
  • Products that have not been stored correctly by the customer, leading to potential degradation.
  • Custom or bulk orders explicitly marked as non-returnable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your order. We require photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item, along with the packaging and packing slip.

Upon verification, we will promptly send a replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and inventory availability.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Wait for our team to approve your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  • Package the item securely and ship it back to us. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

6. Customs Seizures (International Orders)

As outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased products comply with their local import laws. We do not issue refunds for packages that are delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.

7. Chargebacks

We kindly ask that you contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed, and the associated accounts will be permanently banned from purchasing on our site.
